WOOSTER – Nancy L. Sigler, 74, of Wooster passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at West View Healthy Living.

She was born August 29, 1945 in Wooster, the daughter of Kyle and Dorothy DeCarlo Cornelius.

Nancy was a clerical worker for Rubbermaid, Wayne Co. Courts and the Unemployment Office in Wooster.  She enjoyed crafts and animals and fostered animals from the Humane Society, spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, playing bingo and spending time with her dogs, Trixie, Skippy and Sweet Pea.

Surviving are her children, William (Ra-Lynn) Sigler and Billie Jo (Daniel) Schlund both of Wooster; grandchildren, Cody Sigler, Kayla Schlund, Chance Sigler and Paige Schlund; a great-grandson, Clint Hyatt; siblings, Gary (Sally) Cornelius of Loudonville, Floyd (Marsha) Cornelius of Wooster and Gloria (Steve) Landfair of Shreve;

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, James Cornelius and a special aunt, Betty Giauque.

Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster from 6-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Dan Wingate officiating.  Burial will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Nancy was always laughing and smiling, even when Her and I went to see "Ben" and "Willard". Will remember her fondly . Rest in peace, and sorry Billy and Jo for your loss.

Sad to hear of her passing. She will be missed. Such a funny and loving person. Take comfort knowing that she is dancing (and crafting!) in Heaven. Love and prayers for the family!
