Pamela Kitchen, 69, of Shreve, passed away at her home Saturday, January 5, 2019.
Pamela was born March 7, 1949 in La Mesa, CA. to Lloyd and Maylene Waterson Keeling. She worked for Wayne County Emergency Management as Deputy Director, retiring in 2010 after 37 years. She loved taking care of her beloved dog, Cody.
She is survived by her children, Bradley (Robin) Kitchen of Wooster, Michael (Arian) Kitchen of Shreve, a brother, Lloyd (Maureen) Keeling, Jr. of El Cajon, CA. and her grandchildren, Bridget, Simon, Oliver and Milo.
