WOOSTER – Phyllis June STILLWAGNER, 68, of Wooster passed away Sunday June 21, 2009 at the Ross Heart Center in Columbus.
She was born June 1, 1941 in Lodi the daughter of Raymond and Hazel Messmore Pinkley.
She was a graduate of Wooster High School and Gerber’s Beauty School. She was an accounts receiveable collections specialist at Wooster Motor Ways and had been a co-owner of Stil wagner Excavating. She had also owned and operated the Wagon Wheel Horse Arena. She was a member of the First Church of God, the Cruisers Car Club and other area car clubs..
Surviving are her husband, R. Daniel Stillwagner, whom she married May 7, 1960; sons, Michael Lee (Terri) Stillwagner and Toby Daniel (Julie) Stillwagner both of Wooster and a foster daughter, Ellen (Rex) Casey of Millersburg,, grandchildren Bree, Brandon, Zachary and Nathan and 3 foster grandchildren.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Don Lee Pinkley.
Friends will be received at the at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Wednesday from 6-8:00 P.M.
Services will be held Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home with Rev. O.J.Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Wooster Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the Funeral Home to help defray expenses.
