Born December 28, 1926 in Baltic, OH, she was the daughter of Gottlieb and Zelpha Fett Veigel.
She was agraduate of Clark High School and had been a beautician for 50 years. Member of the First Presbyterian Church where she was a deacon and a long time choral member.
Surviving are a daughter, Sharon (David) Betts of Industry, ME; grandchildren Rayn (Robyn) Betts of Boston and Micah Betts of Wells, ME; a brother, Marvin Veigel of Canton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry O. Hoerger, on June 15, 2000 whom she married June 26, 1948 and a sister, Joyce Giauque.
