Robert “Bob” William Bell, 73, of Wooster passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Wooster Community Hospital.

He was born May 6, 1949 in Wooster, Ohio to Burton and Gloria (Keathley) Bell.  On May 24, 1986, he married Kathy J. Zollars.  She preceded him in death in 1999.

Bob retired from Modern Woodman Fraternal Financial where he was a financial representative. He was an avid sports fan, especially the Cleveland Browns.

He is survived by his fiancée Joyce Ray of Wooster, Ohio and her son Justin Ray of Lakewood, Ohio and a half-brother Perry “Skip” Bell of California, as well as many friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents.

Private family services will be held in the Sand Hill Cemetery in Sandusky at the convenience of the family.

McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St. Wooster is assisting the family.

  3. So sad to hear about the loss of Bob he will be truly missed. He always had a contagious laugh & boy how he loved his Cleveland Browns! Joyce , Dianne & family may GOD’S love comfort each of you as the healing begins. Heaven received an amazing man . Condolences to All
