WOOSTER “ Robin Marcia Carter, 59, of Wooster passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 at Smithville Western Care Center.
She was born June 7, 1959 in Wooster, the daughter of Russell P. and Phyllis A Manson Foltz.
She graduated from the Wayne Co. Career Center as an LPN.   Robin enjoyed reading, crocheting, painting by numbers, cats and online gaming.
Surviving is a son, Russell Carter; her father of Medina; a granddaughter; siblings, Gary (Michelle) Foltz of Creston, Terry (Rebecca) Foltz of Danville, IN and Judy (Jim) Fisher of Columbia, SC; nephews, John (Jennifer) Fisher of Columbia, SC, Jeffrey Fisher of Columbia, SC and a niece, Maya Foltz of Creston.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
There will be no calling hours and a private family service will be held.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
