Rose Marie Brammer-Wharton, 69, died February 19, 2009 at the home of her daughter in Wooster, Ohio following a brief illness.
She was born August 30, 1939 in Barberton, Ohio, the daughter of Mary Laurich. After graduating from Wadsworth High School in 1957, she married and raised a family with Dalmas Brammer. She was a former employee of Rubbermaid.
She loved life and spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed music, dancing, cooking, crocheting and taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an animal lover and is survived by her dog Shadow.
Rose Marie is survived by her children Tony (Sherri) Brammer of Knightdale, NC, Melody Brammer of Rittman, Lori (Mike) Baus of Wooster, Ron (Ginny) Brammer of Wooster and Misty (Charles) Bisesi of Wooster; 13 grandchildren: Rachael (Matt) Kreis, Nick, Skylar Brammer, Travis Yingling, Danny, Chelsie Mumaw, Ron, Dan, Mackenzie Baus, Jessi, Stetson Brammer and Madison, Aidan Bruno Bisesi. Two great-grandchildren Lexi Williamson and Madelynn Kreis. She is also survived by her cousin Jeannie Jones and Clinton Osburn a long-time companion.

A funeral service celebrating Rosie’s life will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with the Rev. Dan Bartkowiak officiating. Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 23, 2009 from 5-7:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest at the Canaan Cemetery beside her children’s father.
She was preceded in death by the children’s father, Dalmas Brammer, who died on July 3, 1980, her mother, Aunt Helen, Aunt Rosie and cousins who were like siblings to her, Babe, Johnny, Leonard, Cassie and Sonny.
