  5. Tim was the service tech for our furnace for several years. First off, he was great at his job. More importantly, he always went above and beyond. He always asked how our kids were doing. He even let our dog out a time or two when he was working at the house. He had a kind and helpful spirit. May you rest easy. Condolences to the family in this difficult time!!
