WOOSTER – William L. “Bill” Hamilton, 70, of Wooster passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare in Wooster.
He was born January 17, 1951 in Wooster the son of William “Duke” and Barbara (Miller) Hamilton. He married Patricia Ann Wade on November 28, 1969. She preceded him in death on May 4, 2015.
Bill was a long-time truck driver, most recently with ADS. He was also a skydiving instructor with Canton Airsports and then went to Aerohio. Bill was an avid motorcyclist and sponsored his grandchildren’s Motorcross teams known to everyone as, “Bad Grandpa”, and proudly supported all his grandchildren’s activities. He loved to entertain poker and Texas Hold’em games at his house.
Surviving is a daughter Dawn (Neil) Topovski of Wooster; grandchildren Skyler, Anna, Landen and Avery Topovski; siblings Bob Hamilton of Unadilla, GA, Donald Hamilton of Holmesville and Sue Ann Heim of Dalton.
In addition to his wife, Patricia, he was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no calling hours or services.
