WOOSTER “ William Lee œBill  Sturm, 74, of Wooster passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Smithville Western Care Center.
He was born, June 29, 1944 in Martins Ferry, the son of William C. and Mary Camp Sturm.   He married Rose Marie œSusie  Grear on September 19, 1964.   She survives.
He had worked for Jerry Baker Construction and Weaver Commercial Construction.   Bill was a member of the Moreland United Methodist Church and he enjoyed woodworking and making furniture for his family, camping and playing with his grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter, Penny (Eric) Taylor of Naples, Florida; a daughter-in-law, Tisha (Dick) Gill of Gallatin, Tennessee; grandchildren, Grace Taylor, Jack Taylor, Shelby Sturm, Jennah Sturm and Madellee Sturm, a sister, Donna Beam of Wooster and numerous nieces and nephews.   Also surviving is his beloved puppy, Paige.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Jeff Sturm.
Friends will be received Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 6-8:00 p.m. at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Tom Fish officiating.   Burial will follow in the Moreland Cemetery.
