Ella Louise Myers 91, of Wooster died Monday September 29, 2008 at Wooster Community Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Friday October 3, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Trinity United Church of Christ in Wooster with Rev. Kevan Franklin officiating.
She was born February 8, 1917 in Plain Township the daughter of M.C. and Vera Sidle Ebright, and on August 3, 1940 she married Lester L. Myers who survives.
She had worked for 35 years in the Wayne County Auditors office as a Deputy Auditor and retired in 1982. She had been the Secretary and Treasurer for the Maple Grove Cemetery Association and Head Cashier at the Grange Dining Hall for 10 years. She was a member of the Women?s Guild , Business Professional Women, Valley College Grange (Pomona, State and National) and Trinity United Church of Christ. She was an avid bridge player.
Along with her husband she is survived by 2 sons: David (Carolyn) Myers of Newark, and Robert Eugene Myers of Lakeville. A brother Melville Ebright of Ft. Myers Florida. 2 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Ella Louise was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Lucille Varns and Mildred Cutler.
