WOOSTER – Grove Richard Field, 61, of Wooster, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2009 at The Cleveland Clinic Hospital while surrounded by his loving family.
Born February 18, 1948 in Scranton, PA, raised in Lake Ariel, PA and later moved to Ohio. His profession was CRNA but his passion was family and friends. To those who knew him closely, he was first and foremost a loving husband, father, friend and mentor.
Grove?s time with us was spent showing us how to love, laugh, and live life to its fullest while embodying integrity and being a cornerstone of support for others. His love of life and people carried through all endeavors that he pursued, whether it was work, cooking for family and friends, creating community programs, carrying out practical jokes, or playing in general. The lives of many have been blessed because of his actions. He will be missed but never forgotten.
He was the son of Wyman and Audrey Field, his mother who he preceded in death. He is survived by his partner in life and loving wife, Diane Field. He is also survived by his brother Dirk (Sandra), his sisters Adelia (Tom) and Lisa (Tom), along with his children Grove Jr. (Kristen), Chris (Lisa), Sarah (Jon), Kim (Bill), Aaron, and Andy.
