WOOSTER – Dwayne L DAWSON, 34, of Wooster passed away Sunday, March 8, 2009 in his home.
He was born October 6, 1974 in Columbus, OH, son of Lyman and Edna Mitchell Dawson.
He worked as an Engineering Technician for Index of Indianapolis. He was a member of the Wooster Church of the Nazarene. Dwayne loved skateboarding and bicycling with his daughter and enjoyed watching her play soccer.
Surviving are his mother, Edna Dawson of Shreve, a daughter, Rhiannon Dawson of Wooster, former wife, Tabitha Dawson of Wooster, mother-in-law, Terri Edmunds of Wooster; brothers, Bruce Mitchell of Owensboro, KY and Lyman A Dawson of Wooster, sisters, Diane Horner of Shreve, Judy Martin of Millersburg, Deanna Black and Gina Duncan both of Big Prairie, and Lois Young of TN.
Dwayne was preceded in death by his father, and a sister, Marilyn Rohrer.
Friends will be received at the at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Wednesday evening from 6-9:00 P.M.
Services will be held at Wooster Church of the Nazarene, Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Nathan Ward officiating. Interment will follow in the Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster.
