William ?Bill? Caskey Brown, Jr., 62, of Wooster died at his home on Friday February 19, 2010. He was born in Wooster on October 26, 1947 to the late William C. Sr. and Maxine (Miller) Brown.
Bill retired from the Wooster City Fire Department and was a handyman with Gary Clark Construction. He served his country in the U. S. Army being stationed in Alaska. Bill was also a member of the Elks.
Bill is survived by his wife, Lisa (Hutchins) Brown; step children Douglas, Alyssa and Jacob Myers all of Wooster; siblings Brad (Cindy) Brown of Doylestown, Brian (Deanna) Brown of Rittman and Robert (and his partner David) Brown of Middleburg Heights along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Central Christian Church, 407 N. Market St, Wooster, with Rev. Joel Engman officiating. Friends will be received from 1:00 pm until the time of service at the church.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of the donor?s choice.
McIntire, Davis and Greene Funeral Home, Wooster is assisting the family with the arrangements.
