APPLE CREEK – Charles A GREGORY, 56, of Apple Creek, passed away Tuesday September 7, 2010 in Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born May 20, 1954 in Wooster, the son of Harold R.Sr. and Delores Reed Gregory.
He had worked at the Gerstenslager Co. for 17 years retiring in 2009. He enjoyed fishing hunting and camping. He was a member of the Wooster Eagles Aries 811 and an officer of Sons of the American Legion Post 68 of Wooster..
Surviving are wife, Debra Gregory of Apple Creek, whom he married June 5, 1997; sons, Rick Allison of Texas, and Christopher J (Tanya) Allison of Coshocton, brothers, Harold R. (Jeanie) Gregory Jr. of Orrville and Rev. Kermit (Lori) Wilson of Long Beach, CA. sister, Doris (Charles Lee) Moore of Apple Creek and Nora Miller of Creston. nieces and nephews Michelle, Sheri, Bobby, Shaun, Michaela, Roy and Ben. 1 grand daughter Cernia and his mother-in-law Mary Radley of Texas.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, his mother Martha B. Sherwood, an infant brother Terry Lee Gregory, father-in-law James J. Radley.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster, one hour prior to the 12:00 Noon service on Saturday, September 11, 2010 with his brother the Rev. Kermit Wilson officiating.
