Together Again
SMITHVILLE Donna M. Rehm, 84, of Smithville joined her husband in her heavenly home Friday, November 1, 2013 at her home.
She was born April 27, 1929 in Sterling, the daughter of Earl and Esther Showalter Miller. She married Marion Jack Rehm on May 8, 1948. He preceded her in death on November 9, 2007.
Donna was a graduate of Smithville High School and attended Mansfield Beauty School and had been a beautician at ACDC, West View Manor and in her home for a number of years. She was a member of the Chippewa Church of the Brethren where she taught Sunday school and was a Deacon, the Aglow Fellowship, Farm Bureau, Wycliffe Assoc. Most important to her was a relationship with Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her sons, Roger (Jolene) and Philip (Judy) Rehm both of Orrville, 6 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild, 9 great-grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren and a sister June (Jim) Nettleton of Wooster. Also survived by 2 step-sisters, Evelyn Kaufman and Wilma Smith.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters, Arlene Heiks, Martha Zimmerly, Emilie Bogner and Ruth Ann Miller.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Sunday evening, November 3, 2013 from 6-8:00 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service at the Church on Monday.
Services will be held on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chippewa Church of the Brethren, 10230 N. Honeytown Rd., Creston with Pastor Shawn Hilliard officiating. Burial will follow in the Chippewa Church Cemetery.
