WOOSTER Jimmy D. Brillo Allenbaugh of Wooster passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at the Cleveland Clinic after a sudden illness.
He was born June 30, 1954 in Wooster the son of Dwight and Mary Rohrbaugh Allenbaugh. He married Karen (Feltner) Walkerly on December 31, 2000. She survives.
Jimmy was a 1972 graduate of Hillsdale High School and had worked as a welder for Stahl Manufacturing for 34 years. Brillo loved CCR and ACDC. He enjoyed shooting pool, bird watching, bowling and was an avid reader. He had an amazing sense of humor and will be forever remembered for the quote: ‘I just got here’. He always had a smile on his face. He liked to tinker and fix things. Jim also cherished his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Michelle (Tim) Kline of Big Prairie; grandchildren Caleb and Cassidy Varns and Kallie Kline; a brother Boyd (Sharon) Allenbaugh of Wooster and sisters Twila Allenbaugh and Gloria Smail both of Loudonville; brothers-in-law Kenneth Jr. (Suzanne) Feltner of Creston, Steven Feltner of Shreve and Roger Feltner of Orrville; nieces and nephews Greg and Amy Allenbaugh both of Wooster, Kenneth (Kelsi) Feltner of Creston, Daniel (Jacqui) Duncan of Georgia, Christopher Feltner of Creston, Kelsey Feltner and Kehra Feltner both of Orrville. Also survived by his canine buddy, Jack.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister-in-law Barbara Feltner, a brother-in-law Aaron Smail, and his father-in-law, Kenneth Feltner, Sr.
It was his wish to have no calling hours. Private services will be held.
Arrangements are under the direction of McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.
