CINCINNATI “ Edward Kouche, 75, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 1, 2014 in Cincinnati.
Ed was born on January 5, 1939 in Robinson Township, Pa, and graduated from Monongahela High School.   He joined the military and was sent to Rome, Italy where he worked in the American Embassy on civilian status.   He received technical training and joined A&M Corp of Cleveland, Ohio as an Electronic Systems Supervisor.   Upon moving to Wooster, Ohio, Ed joined Rexroth Corp and later sold cars and trucks, a career that he loved.   Throughout his life, Ed was an avid woodworker creating beautiful pieces that have become treasured memories.
Ed and his wife, Lynette, spent over 30 years in Wooster, Ohio, raising their children, amassing friends and creating memories prior to moving to Cincinnati in 2010 to be closer to children and grandchildren.   Ed loved retirement, often spending time with family enjoying dinners, celebrating milestones, playing cards and going to Hilton Head on vacation.  
Loving father of Edward III (Beth) and Robert (Marla), devoted grandfather to Madison, Nathaniel, Ryan and Allyson, and dear brother to Caroline Peer of Columbus and Betty Ann Rooke (Terry) of Atlanta.   Ed is also survived by a loving extended family of wonderful in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.   Ed is deeply loved and missed by the family and friends whose lives he touched so dearly.  
Ed was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 47 years, Lynette (Capuano) Kouche, father (Edward A. Kouche), Stepmother (Ann Kouche), mother (Ethel Kouche) and sister (Patricia Godfrey).
Family and friends are welcome to a visitation on Sunday, May 11 from 1-3:00 p.m. and 5-7:00 p.m.   at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.  
A funeral mass will be held Monday, May 12, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 527 Beall Ave., Wooster, followed by burial in St. Mary ™s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Mary ™s Church and School, P.O. Box 109, Wooster, OH   44691.
