Mary L. Daugherty, 77, of Wooster died Monday, October 02, 2017 at West View Healthy Living.
She was born February 10, 1940 in Mannington, WV to Jacob and Dona Edgell Martin.   On October 28, 1961, she married Carl C. œWhitey  Daugherty, who survives.
Mary had been a housekeeper at West View Healthy Living for over 32 years before retiring in 2006.   She graduated from Wooster High School in 1958 and was a member of the Moose and enjoyed flowers, gardening, Elvis music and spending time with her family.
Along with her husband, Mary is survived by her children Carla Miner, Darla Daugherty and Carl David Daugherty all of Wooster, grandchildren Molly and Zachary Daugherty, Caleb, Destiny, Autumn and Brittany Miner; great-grandchildren Jodi Kinder, Noah Daugherty and Jada Porter; brother Rev. Jim Martin and a sister Juanita Thompson both of Indiana and special family Cassie Connock, Ashley Tabor, Irwin Miner  and D.J. Robinson.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Ellen McIntire and a brother Robert Martin.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Rev. Jim Martin officiating.  
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
