APPLE CREEK – Caner Hamilton, Jr., 64, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at  Wooster’s Lifecare Hospice with his mother, son (Kevin) and grandson (TJ) by his side.
He was born February 24, 1954 in Wooster to Caner (Pete) and Ivalee (Rogers) Hamilton. He resided in Apple Creek most of his life.  
Caner enjoyed singing karoke, wrenching on motors and pro wrestling.   He was a great father who dearly loved his children and grandchildren and would help anyone.
He is survived by his mother, Ivalee Rogers of Apple Creek,  daughter Jennifer Hamilton of Wooster, sons Caner Hamilton III of Wooster, Kevin (Kristen) Hamilton of Orrville, grandchildren T. J. Wolf, Tessla Goff, Madilyn and Zane Hamilton and a special friend, Tara Morran.
He was preceded in death by his father, Caner Hamilton, & twin half-sisters Mary Ilene & Elsie Darlene Rogers.    
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the 11:00 a.m. service at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Monday, September 10, 2018 with Minister William C. Akers officiating.   Burial will follow in the East Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
