WOOSTER “ Russell P. Foltz, 86, of Wooster passed away on Wednesday,  October 10, 2018 at the Western Reserve Masonic Home in Medina.
He was born October 24, 1931 in Shreve, the son of Wayne and Lyda Renner Foltz.   He married Phyllis Manson on April 6, 1956.   She preceded him in death on August 25, 2017.
Russell had worked as a Lab Technician at Rubbermaid.   He was a member of the Wayne Presbyterian Church.   Russell enjoyed woodworking and camping, loved his grandkids and traveling with his wife.
He was a member of all the Masonic Bodies but Council and was Past Worshipful Master of Ebenezer Lodge #33 F & AM.   He was also a Past Patron of the Order of Eastern Star of Wooster.
Surviving are his children, Gary (Michelle) Foltz of Creston, Terry (Rebecca) of Danville, IN., Judy (Jim) Fisher of Columbia, SC.; grandchildren, Russell Carter, John (Jennifer) Fisher, Jeffrey Fisher and Maya Foltz; a brother, Ernest Foltz of W. Salem and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, Phyllis, he was preceded by his parents and a daughter, Robin Carter and siblings, Mary Jane Young, Carolyn Shutway and Richard Foltz.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Rev. Dr. Elaine Strawn officiating.   A Masonic Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m.  Private family burial will be held at a later date.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 2-4:00 p.m.
