WOOSTER Adrian Royce Raubenolt, 90, of Wooster passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at the Avenue of Wooster.
He was bo0rn June 5, 1928 in McZena, the son of Royce and Carrie Cutlip Raubenolt. He married Grace Morris on July 19, 1953. She preceded him in death in 2014.
Adrian was a 1947 graduate of Big Prairie High School. He retired at the age of 80 after working in road construction for Lytle Construction and he had also hauled milk for his father. He loved playing solitaire, bowling, spending time with his grandchildren and traveling with Grace. He was a member of the Shreve American Legion.
He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army from 1950-1952.
Surviving are his children, Terry (Kathy) Raubenolt of Harrisonburg, Virginia and Steve (Deb) Raubenolt of Shreve; grandchildren, Amy (Doug) Lepold and Carrie Raubenolt; great-grandchildren, Gracelynn Lepold and Craig Ball, many nieces and nephews and his canine companions, Bella, Baby and Teddy.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, John Raubenolt, Leah Lilly and Carol June Raubenolt.
Friends will be received at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 6-8:00 p.m.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Hospice Chaplain Ginger Pfleuger officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
