WOOSTER “ Judith Ann Bennett, 75, of Wooster passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at West View Healthy Living.
She was born February 2, 1943 in Millersburg, the daughter of Paul and Hazel McCluggage Miller.   Her father, Paul Miller, was killed in WWII and her mother later married Pete Rafferty who raised Judith as his own daughter.   Judith married Rex M. Bennett on August 30, 1962.   He survives.
She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed traveling, gardening and cooking.   She loved being with her children and grandchildren.   Judith was a member of the Central Christian Church of Wooster.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Dee (Jeff) Stidham of Wooster, Mark (Logan Saurer) Bennett of Wooster, Michael (Manuel Rodriguez) Bennett of Philadelphia and Aaron (Shantelle) Bennett of Chapin, SC; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild and a brother, John Rafferty of Holmesville.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the 11:00 a.m. service on Friday, February 1, 2019 at the Central Christian Church, 407 N. Market St., Wooster with the Rev. Wayne Enders officiating.   Entombment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 525 N. Broad St., Canfield, OH 44406.

  6. I grew up with Judy at Holmesville. Going to the Church Of Christ and being friends with Nancy McCluggage and the other Holmesville girls. So sorry for your loss to Pete and Hazel and to her husband and children. Judy enjoyed a long life and marriage, what a blessing. My prayers to your family.
