Ruth Anne Serra, 71, of Wooster, precious, beautiful and loving wife of Michael of 45 years passed gently to be home with Jesus on Monday, May 4, 2020 at Accord Community Care in Orrville.
She was born May 3, 1949 in Highland Park, MI to Joseph Aloysius and Ann Catherine Wodzinsky Janiszewski.   On June 7, 1975, she married Michael Serra.  
Ruth was a certified professional secretary and had been an administrative assistant for the GTW and CN Rail Roads in Michigan.   She enjoyed crocheting, reading, doing crossword puzzles and coloring in coloring books.   She also enjoyed driving through the Amish countryside with Michael.   Ruth and Michael feel very blessed to be part of the Smithville United Methodist Family and formerly of the Church of the Cross family.
Along with her husband, Ruth is survived by her sister Evelyn Welch of Davison, MI and several nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held with burial of her cremains in Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Wooster.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster, is assisting the family.
