APPLE CREEK “ Gale R. Greegor, 63, of Apple Creek was called home on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Wooster Community Hospital.
She was born February 5, 1958 in Cleveland the daughter of Alton and Jessie Firebaugh Taylor.   She married David Greegor on December 19, 1975.   He survives.
Gale had worked at Rubbermaid for 25 years and was currently working for the Wayne County Municipal Court as a court secretary in the Driving Privileges Department.   She was a member of the Holmesville United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed attending her grandchildren ™s sporting events, baking, crafting, reading, landscaping and throwing birthday parties and get togethers for family and planning family vacations.
She was the rock of her family and was always doing things for others and would always make those around her feel special.
Surviving in addition to her husband, David, are her children Shelly (Kevin) Mathias, Brett (Jamie) Greegor and Tieraney (Dustin) Masters all of Apple Creek; her mother of Apple Creek; grandchildren Gabe, Gracelyn, Jaxen and Jaise Mathias, Alexis and Allison Greegor, Brevon Barnes and Camille and Logan Masters; brother Robert (Vickie) Taylor of Ashland and a nephew Derek (Nikki) Taylor of Ashland.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Friends will be received on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 5-8:00 p.m. at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.
Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
Services will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Randy Weaver officiating.   Burial will follow in the Prairie Twp. Cemetery.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Waynedale Athletic Boosters, c/o Waynedale High School, 9050 Dover Road, Apple Creek, OH 44606.
