WOOSTER Daniel C. Braun, 80, of Wooster passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at his home.
He was born September 11, 1940 the son of Carl J. and Martha Palmer Braun. He married Donna Covairt on September 19, 1959. She survives.
He retired in 2002 as a machinist for Akron Brass Company. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Daniel enjoyed bowling, collecting antiques and spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Donna, he is survived by his children Daniel L. Braun of Wooster, Edward (Teresa) Braun of Millersburg and Mark (Desiree Lutsch) Braun of Wooster; 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; siblings Delores Moats and Fred Braun both of Wooster.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Lucy May Evans on February 1, 2021 and siblings Paul, Raymond, Dave and Carl Braun Jr.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Cemetery with Rev. Stephen Moran officiating. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.
