Gregory Scott Moore, 61, of Shreve passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Ohio ™s Hospice LifeCare.
Greg was born September 24, 1960 in Wooster, the son of Donald Eugene and Esther Carolyn Mizer Moore.
He was a 1979 graduate of Wooster High School where he was involved in football and track. Greg had been a self-employed cosmetologist at Moore Than A Cut for over 30 years with his mother by his side. He loved working outside gardening, but his passion was mowing grass with his tractor-mower. Greg was an avid sports fan, especially of the Browns. He was an original œDawg Pound  member. Greg also loved going to Indians ™ games in the summer.
Surviving is his partner Carmen Elegban of Wooster; his children Paige Nichole (Leon) Coblentz of Big Prairie, Jordan Moore of Mansfield, and Collin Moore of Wooster; his mother Carolyn; sisters Vicki (Kathy Hanaburgh) Moore of Vermillion, Donna Mohler of Florida, Crystal (Bob) Napier of Wooster; grandchildren Hayden Forbush and Kennedy Coblentz; several nieces and nephews; and his second family Herta and Nick Elegban, and Nicole Elegban, all of Wooster.
Greg was preceded in death by his father in 1996.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Freedlander Chalet, 400 Hillside Dr., Wooster. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the wearing of masks is suggested.
