Debra Ann Snyder, 68, of Wooster died on Monday, December 6, 2021 at University Hospital in Cleveland.

Debra was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and had worked for The Wooster Daily Record and the College of Wooster Food Service Department.   One of her greatest joys was the connections she made with the College of Wooster students as the completed their studies at the college and passed through Lowry Center.   A true lover of family, she felt great pride in the man, husband and father that her son Ben has become.   Debra found great joy in baking cookies with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Along with her husband, David, she is survived by her son Benjamin (Shanon Van Camp) Snyder; grandchildren Adilyne and Daxton; siblings Kathleen (Alan) Wright, Thomas Fockler; sisters-in-law Pamela Fockler and Maxine Fockler and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Earl Fockler.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St. Wooster.   Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

The family feels truly blessed for the many years of medical care given to Debra.   Special thanks go out to the Fresenius Kidney Care team for their experience, compassion and loved that they extended to Debra.   Sincere prayers are given for the donor and family that gave the wonderful gift of a kidney transplant; to the team that made the transplant possible and for all of the support of University Hospital in Cleveland.
