Visitation
I love you dad. I’m going to miss the many conversations we had, until we meet again. I miss you deeply.
Thank you for your service. Condolences to the family. Wooster-Wayne Chapter DAR
I am a first cousin, and just happened to see this obituary when I was looking for something about my dad. I am Mary Phillips Arnett, born 6/15/1942. My father was Burnell Walton Phillips, brother to Wallace. Back when long distance phone calls weren’t free I sometimes called Bernie when I drove through Wooster going from Dayton to Alliance where I grew up. When he was little they called him Little Burnell. Just thought you might like to hear from a relative, and I send my sympathy for loss
