DaltonRay Cisler, 20, of Wooster passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023, in Wooster.

He was born May 9, 2003, in Wooster the son of Robbie Cisler and Priscilla Hathaway.

DaltonRay was a 2021 graduate of the Wayne County Schools Career Center. He worked as an auto technician for Compac. DaltonRay enjoyed skateboarding, playing guitar and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his mother Priscilla Hathaway of Wooster; father Robbie Cisler of New Matamoras; 2 sisters; aunts Penny (Kevin) Brown of Wooster, Andrea Zook of Lodi, Nancy Zook of Wooster, Christina Jaynor of Wooster, Misty Weber of Wooster, Gabrelle Nussbaum of Wooster, Debbie Owens of Wooster, and Deanna Raper of New Matamoras; uncle Mike Rood of Wooster; and many loving cousins.

DaltonRay was preceded in death by his aunt Pam Kling; uncle David Kling; and cousin Roger Ray Lewis, Jr.

Friends will be received Tuesday, October 3, 2023, from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

  8. My condolences to the Cisler & Hathaway families…I’m going to miss the skating you and your skateboarding buds always performed when ya’ll came past my window going to the Skate Park…I know T. Hawk would have been proud to see how you progressed in your skating abilities…May the Heavenly Father/Mother & Big Brother guide you on your journey. You Will Be greatly Missed!

  9. I didn’t get to know Dalton very well but my daughter was close with him. No parent should ever have to go through this and I know nothing I say will make it ok. However my heart goes out to you and I am so so so sorry. He was obviously VERY VERY loved and a sweet kid.
