Donald Wayne Miller, 89, of Wooster passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Wooster Community Hospital.
He was born May 25, 1934 in Akron to George E. and Barbara F. Holcomb Miller. On October 6, 1956 he married Sarah McCormick. She survives.
Donald worked for Ohio Bell Telephone Company for 37 years and had also worked for Harold Farnsworth Auctioneer. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting and farming.
In addition to his wife Sarah, he is survived by his children David (Linda) Miller of Wooster, Barbara Miller of Wadsworth; grandchildren Patrick (Sarah) Miller and Brian (Elise) Miller all of Wooster; great-grandchildren Tanner Miller, Macie Miller, Carter Miller and Lainey Jane Miller.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother James Miller.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 12:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Pastor John Finn officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Akron, OH.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the service.
