Shirley Ann Eason, 83, of Wooster died on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Wooster Community Hospital.

She was born June 30, 1940 in Ohio to Wilford and Oneta Riggs VanSickle.  On June 9, 1959, she married Otis K. Eason.  He survives.

Shirley owned and operated Golden Ceramics for over 20 years.  She was also a foster mother for Wayne County.  Shirley was a member of Grace Cathedral and enjoyed crocheting, ceramic work, and collecting bull dogs.  She was a great cook.

Along with her husband, she is survived by her daughter Wendy Eason of Wooster.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Evelyn Martin and Patty Etzwiler: nephews Jim Martin and Kenny Martin.

Private family services will be held with burial in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
