  4. Sheeeesh where do I start… Ya know growing up around mainly women my whole life is a feeling that only Jake can relate to! Not saying it was the worst thing to experience because I’m greatful for the lessons all of the female influences had to teach me! As I am sure Jake was also! Jake was my only brother and vice versa! This news has yet to fully set in but I can feel the weight on my heart! Such a loving person is right! Someone who could make light of just about any situation! And even in some of the most uneasy of times Jake always had a way of bringing a smile to everyone’s face around him! Nothing but love and appreciation for th time I got to spend with you brother bear! I really wish I could have made that trip to come spend a week or two with you earlier! I hope you know I love you dearly and will forever hold a special place in my heart for you as well as your dad Kevin! Both great male figures for me to lookup to in my younger years and to learn from as well! So many wonderful memories had be created with you! Love love and more love that’s all I’ve got to give for you Jake! Spread your wings wide and sore with the edges above! No more pain or confusion that this world tends to cause from time to time! Let your soul be at peace with your father and my step father! ❣️

  5. Though Jake grew up with girls he certainly knew how to handle my 3 rambunctious boys when we visited Toledo. He took them on adventures and had sooo much patience with them . The memories of the dollar store, snowstorms , fishing and Jake from State Farm will last them a lifetime. Jake you were so loved and will be dearly missed. Thanks for your humor, love and memories.

  6. I have never met, nor will I ever again meet, someone like Jake. His kind, gentle nature and constant good humor in the face of seemingly infinite hurdles and obstacles touched me and changed my life more than I could ever describe. I could never have asked for anything better than to have been loved by this person, and I will consider myself lucky for it for the rest of my life.
His wonderful family also embraced me and I don’t think my heart could break more completely thinking of how much they are hurting right now.
The world is worse off without him, of this I am certain.
But the world is surely a better place for his having been in it.

Your selflessness and natural ability to bring nothing not love to everyone is forever engraved in my heart. Fly high sweet angel.
