Tommy E. Kain, 56, of Wooster, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on March 3, 1967 in Wooster to Emerson and Nancy Smith Kain.  On February 9, 1989, he married Teri Jeffery.  She survives.

Tommy served his country in United States Navy.  He was a chef for a various area restaurant, and enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and especially loved his devoted wife, and his family including his precious cats and chickens.

In addition to his wife, Teri, he is survived by his sons Cody (Brittany) Kain of Wooster and Spencer (Shelby) Kain of Girard; granddaughters Nova and Candise; father Emerson Kain; sister Angie (Chris) Farmer of Medina.

Tommy was preceded in death by his mother.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 5:00 PM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster with Pastor Joel Yates officiating.

Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
