Mildred Ann Wenger, 90, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024, surrounded by her family at home. She was born on June 19, 1933, to the late Harry and Anna Mae Ickes in Wooster, OH.

She was a devout Christian and a member of the Branham Tabernacle since 1957. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved gardening, cooking for the whole family, and reading. Many of her grandchildren cherish the memories of playing board games with her.

She is survived by her son George I. Wenger (Sharron) of Jeffersonville, IN.; daughters Jane I. Wiley Ingram of Celina, OH., Anna I. Fritzinger (Robby) of Tucson, AZ., Carol I. Mauldin (Gary) of Clarksville, IN., Letha I. Sprow of Jeffersonville, IN., Lois I. Gardella (Tim) of New Salisbury, IN., Rose I. Mutchler (Scott) of Jeffersonville, IN.; 29 grandchildren, 75 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years Paul Wenger; daughter Grace Dressel; sons Wade Wenger and Mark Wenger; parents Harry and Anna Ickes; sister Margaret Kaufman.

A  Private service will be held at The Branham Tabernacle on Friday, January 5, 2024.. Visitation will be held on Thursday January 4, 2023, from 5-8:00 p.m. at E.M. Coots’ Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home in Wooster, Ohio on Sunday, January 7, 2024 from 1-3:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Eight Square Cemetery.
