  6. Casey and I were roommates for a couple months when I moved to Columbus, and we stayed close until the day of her passing. I knew her for less than a year, but the time that I did know here was filled with delicious food and lots of laughs. She was easy to talk to, and she wanted to do great things with her life and help the people around her. I’ll miss her sense of humor, her empathy, and her ability to make the best goulash I have ever eaten. Rest in peace, my friend. Our friendship doesn’t end just because you’ve moved on to Paradise.

I Casey was an awesome human being. She was funny and loving. She made a real impact on people. She had many friends here in Columbus, because she knew how to be one. I am glad to have been her sponsor and her friend. I love her. and am profoundly sorry that she will not be able to continue her journey here on earth. But I am confident that she will have God’s ear in no time.

One of the hardest things in life is losing a child. We haven’t seen her in years but remember how outgoing and happy she always was.
Words cannot express how much we are thinking of you and the pain you are going through.
Keep the memories you all created with her close in your heart.

  19. Casey and i didnt hit it off right away. But eventually we realized we both had similar (sometime dark) humor. I grew to love Casey in the past year and she was one of our “tribe” of women. And im so proud to have known her. She over cake so many obstacles and never let any of them beat her or even get her down really. She was always ready to talk shit and joke and she was always the first to check on everyone and try to get us all together for girls night. I want you all to know she was an amazing friend and a genuinely good person , im grateful i got to be friends with her. I love you casey!
