Sharon Louise Domer, 76, of Wooster died on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Wooster Community Hospital.

She was born January 30, 1948 in Spencer, WV to Orland Carlis and Goldie Irene Moore Huffman.  She was a loving wife to Richard Domer whom she married on March 30 1995.  He survives.

Sharon had worked for many years at Buehler’s Milltown in the produce department and also volunteered with Wooster Rotary making pies.  She loved hanging out with her family and friends and visiting Amish country.  She never met a stranger.  Family was very important to Sharon and she was a wonderful mother.

Along with her husband, she is survived by her children Sherri Copley of Spencer, WV, Tammy (Kevin) Worstell and Steve (Barbara) Cale both of Orrville; step-daughter Linda (Gary) Beckler of Wooster; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; siblings Larry (Beverly) Moore, Orland (Betsy) Huffman and Patricia (Rodney) Paxton all of Spencer, WV.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Edward Huffman, Freda Greathouse and Phillip Holcomb.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 1:00 PM at McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.  Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Shreve.

Friends will be received from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.

  1. Sharon was a wonderful friend and classmate. I have thought of her often over the years. I worked with her daughter, Sherri, and love her like a daughter. I will miss her dearly. Love and prayers for all the family.

  3. Sharon always had a smile and kind word. Always a hard worker,and knew no strangers. We shared many laughs even though I was bakery. I am sure her family will be lost without her. My Sincere Sympathy to her Family,May your many memories give you comfort.

  6. Saddened by the passing of a special lady. Sharon made mine and my husbands wedding cake and wouldn’t take any money for it. Her thoughtfulness was never forgotten.
