Qwayohn J. Armstrong-Riffle, 25, of Marshallville, died on Sunday May 5, 2024 at Aultman Orrville.

He was born November 4, 1998 in Akron.  Qwayohn was a 2017 graduate of Wooster High School where he ran track. He loved spending time with his family.

Qwayohn is survived by his parents Ron and Jackaline Hatfield; biological mother Loretta Armstrong; siblings Qwaylyn Winkler, Qwaymeshia Armstrong, Amber Hatfield, Britnee Crum, Larry Joe Simcox, Jeremiah Hatfield and Xavier McDougall; nephews Rylan Crum and Lyric Simcox and a niece Paislie Crum.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Connections Church, 1633 Portage Rd., Wooster.

Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the church.

McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster is assisting the family.

  1. Qwayohn had such a light hearted smile. It wouldn’t take long before you could see some of his medical struggles, and yet he kept such a wonderful smile and a great Christ-like attitude. I know Qwayohn must be having a lot of fun in his new heavenly home.

  2. Qway was an absolute joy to talk to and to be around. His attitude and personality were beautiful and the world was better with him in it. I will miss joking with him at family events. Fly high Qway!

  6. When we lived in Marshallville and would take walks when we saw him outside we always enjoyed having conversations with him. He was so very kind ,polite and always had a smile on his face. Sorry for the families loss my prayers are with you all. R.I.H. Qway
