WOOSTER “ Thomas Otha Daye, 52, of Wooster passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Akron General Hospital.
He was born February 19, 1967 in Millersburg, the son of James and Jewell Friend Daye.
He worked at Technicgraphics with computers.   Thomas loved to fish, hunt and the Pittsburgh Steelers.   He was a member of the NRA.
Surviving are his mother of Boliver; step daughters, Kayla (Tyler) Hoover of Glenmont and Keli Sheady of Millersburg; step-grandchildren, Gavin and Maddie; siblings, Jenny (Marvin) Crosby of Creston, Jerry Daye of Wooster, Vicky Friend of Urichsville and Brian Friend; a step-brother, Michael Johnson of Wooster and 4 step-brothers.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the Noon service on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home, 216 E. Larwill St., Wooster.   Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Shreve.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
